..6! Adam worked with me in a very difficult situation. I have had MANY other real estate agents try to give me advice on the property that I owned and was selling. Adam was diligent in computing the actual value of the home (which was extremely difficult). Adam's assessment was mocked by others, etc. At appraisal time, Adam was 100% correct! He was absolutely correct, and he raised the values of the other properties because they were undervalued. There were agents soon after contacting him to find out what their properties might be worth. I can't thank Adam enough, his calm demeanor, and his expertise in the matter got me what the property was worth.
